Birthday Parties
Introducing our new innovative birthday program "GymBounce" for children up to 10 years old. GymBounce offers the best birthday party packages in the Chester County area. We provide one hour of supervised fun in our gym full of bouncers, gymnastics equipment, and more! After that, you have one half hour in our already decorated party room for pizza, cake, or anything else you want. Your child will be the Star of the party and your guests will love it. There are NO waiting stations and there will be always something to do that is FUN, FUN, FUN!
In The Gym (One Hour)
- We start with name tags, bracelets and energetic warm-up while we wait for all your guests to arrive.
- Then we go to side one which includes:

More Information
WHY HAVE A GYMBOUNCE PARTY?
- Fully supervised by our Safety Certified staff members (host parents are allowed in the gym worry- free). We take care of the children so that can you take the camera and find the best angles.
- Exclusive use of the gym for your party (no others parties are scheduled at the same time).
- Parents of guest will have a full view from the lobby area.
- We offer the cleanest gym facility.
- Several package options to fit your budget and your needs.
- Exclusive use of our new larger party room.
- Availability is limited. The "GymBounce" party program is offered only on Saturdays for children up

TIMES
GymBounce is OPEN through the school year
- SATURDAYS from 11:30 am
- Parties are booked in order starting with the 11:30 am time slot.
- Parties run for an hour and a half.
ATTIRE
GIRLS: Leotard, or Shorts and a T-shirt, hair should be pulled back off the face. No jewelry.
BOYS: Shorts, T-shirt. (Please leave all sharp objects at home)

TO BOOK YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY
Please call GymOlympic at least four weeks prior to your birthday. GymBounce will need a $100.00 NON REFUNDABLE deposit the day of booking the party in order to lock the time and date of your choice. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master or Discover credit or debit cards, and Venmo payments. All credit/debit ad Venmo payments will incur a 4% service fee.
* The deposit of $100.00 is NOT REFUNDABLE if you choose to move the day, time, or cancel all
together.

RETURNED CHECKS
A $20 fee will be charge for all returned checks.

PARENTS' RESPONSIBILITY
GymOlympic will require a complete release and waiver form signed by the parents. Otherwise your child will not be allowed to participate in the GymBounce program. Parents of birthday child are allowed in the gym area to take pictures. Parents of guests are not allowed in the gym area unless specified by staff. Children who arrive at the gym early are to remain in the lobby until the beginning of the birthday. Siblings that are not party guests, must remain in the lobby area. Please be prompt when it is time to pick up your child.
Package 1 - Classic
Included
- 15 free Invitations (Additional invitations are $0.50 each)
- One hour in the gym and 1/2 hour in the party room
- You bring your own paper goods and food
- We will clean up for you

Pricing for The Classic Package
$280.00 for 12 children ages 3 - 12
Each additional child is $15 per person
NOTE:
Additional 30 minutes (if available) for an additional $130.
Add a party host for only $100.

Package 2 - Supreme
Included
- 15 free Invitations (Additional invitations are $0.50 each)
- One hour in the gym and 1/2 hour in the party room
- 15 drinks (12oz) (Additional 10 drink, $5.00)
- Paper goods: 20 small paper plates, 20 big plates, 20 napkins and 20 plastic forks
- We will clean up for you
- You are welcome to bring any additional outside food and drinks!

Pricing for The Supreme Package
$360 for 12 children ages 3 - 12
Each additional child is $15 per person
NOTE:
Additional 30 minutes (if available) for an additional $130.

- 15 Goody Bags (Additional are $5 each)
- Cake (Quarter Sheet or Round)
